Thanksgiving's Done

We have now finished our 4th meal from the Thanksgiving feast and the leftovers. Yesterday the turkey was perfect. We had a great meal - minus a few usuals who where greatly missed - and great leftovers. By the time the Aggie game came on we were all ready for it. Poor Aggies! I've never heard so much yelling and moaning in my life as I heard during the game. I thought they were all going to have a conniption fit over the wet field and all the slipping and sliding going on.
This evening as I sit down to type, all the fall things are put away. The Christmans lights in the yard are done and the tree is up, lacking the decorations. Once again, after dragging it in, we plugged it in and ALL the lights came on - yippee! I'm also happy to say I didn't make it to a store today and hope to make it through the weekend without shopping - at least not in a store.

YEAH...Tuesday is Friday!

I'm so glad that Tuesday is Friday. No school tomorrow - 5 school free days. If you haven't read the Twilight series you better start reading. Read all of them before going to the movie Twilight. It was good and did the book just but there's just nothing like the books!

Blog Work Today

I've changed the look and have spent time browsing other blogs to find what I like. My new goal is to begin a blog for my school. I'm practicing here with a few ideas...linking to other blogs, posting pictures, cut and paste from other places and more!! Join the fun!!

Blogging Lessons

Well, I've had a blogging class this morning and now I really don't know how to do this! Forgive my nonsense as I play around with things.

The First Post

I'm jumping off into another adventure in technology. It seems I have become a closet geek and am spending way too much time playing on my computer but....I'm learning. Will this stave off the dwindling brain cells? I'm off to set up my new blog. More later.
